You can keep whatever you catch! We fillet it for you and keep it on ice until we return to the coast. There are a lot of local Restaurants (such Restaurant Chirriboca or Le Stelle Restaurant), that can prepare your fish for you.

Inshore
Depth: 80-300 feet
Distance from shore: 3-4 miles
Target species: Roosterfish, Snapper, Jacks, Wahoo, Grouper
Offshore
Depth: 600-2000 feet
Distance from shore: 6-20 miles
Target species: Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna and Mahi-Mahi
