BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
BOOKING POLICY
a) Vibert's Secret Spot request a deposit of 50% of the total price to be paid when booking.
b) No booking shall be confirmed until Vibert's Secret Spot received a deposit.
c) As long as the deposit has not been sent, Vibert's Secret Spot reserves the right to give the booking to someone else.
d) The remaining 50% of the total price is set to be paid the day before or the day of the Boat Tour & Trip.
PAYMENT POLICY
a) All rates of the Boat Tours & Trips are in US Dollars.
b) The different payment methods are:

c) Vibert's Secret Spot reserves the right to notify you any increase in cost before booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
a) All bookings are refundable for a Boat Tour & Trip that has been cancelled by Vibert's Secret Spot for any reason.
i) Vibert's Secret Spot reserves the right to cancel or to make changes to the Boat Tour & Trip at any time, even after a booking confirmation.
ii) You will be notified of any changes or cancellations at the earliest possible opportunity and may choose to accept the change of arrangements or to cancel the Boat Tour & Trip.
iii) In case of reschedule, there is no expiration. However, be aware that such change is dependent of the availibility on the desired dates.
iv) In case of cancel, Vibert's Secret Spot will refund the deposit.
b) All bookings are non-refundable for a Boat Tour & Trip that has been cancelled by you for any reason. Except for bookings that are cancelled by you within 24 hours of the time of booking.
i) In case of no-show without a reason, Vibert's Secret Spot will not refund the deposit and there is no possibility to reschedule the Boat Tour & Trip.
ii) If you cancel because of a minor change (such as flight or accomodation changes/ cancellation, illness, death etc.), Vibert's Secret Spot will gladly give you the chance to reschedule the Boat Tour & Trip.
iii) There is no expiration for reschedule. However, be aware that such change is dependent of the availibility on the desired dates.
iv) If you end the Boat Tour & Trip earlier due to seasickness, the full price must still be paid.
c) In case of cancel, caused by major change (such as adverse weather/ ocean conditions, antural disaster etc.), that makes a Boat Tour & Trip impossible or unsafe, Vibert's Secret Spot will gladly give you the chance to reschedule or to cancel the Boat Tour & Trip.
i) Vibert's Secret Spot makes every effort to contact you a reasonable amount of time before the Boat Tour & Trip but sometimes Vibert's Secret Spot does not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather/ ocean conditions here in Nosara.
ii) In case of reschedule there is no expiration. However, be aware that such change is dependent of the availibility on the desired dates.
iii) In case of cancel Vibert's Secret Spot will refund the deposit.
