I have been fishing since I was a little boy, because my dad often took me out to sea. My dad came from Barbados to Costa Rica about 40 years ago and was the first person in practicing Sport Fishing in the area of Guanacaste, which allowed me to go out with him on every single trip he had. Thanks to him, I grew up learning and gaining experience on the water that has given me a lifelong passion and skill.
After working as a captain on private charters for several years, I had the opportunity to get my own boat and started the business 7 years ago. In addition to fishing, I also discovered the passion for surfing very early on. I know the sea as well as inside out and have been able to find many secret surf spots, that are not or difficult to reach by car, and that I would like to share with you.

I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, first came to Costa Rica in 2013 and have been living in this beautiful country since 2015. I speak german, spanish and english and studied business administration with a focus on events, marketing and tourism.
